Terms & Conditions – vd8 Platform Rules and Player Agreement

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and vd8 ("vd8", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the vd8 website located at https://vd8.bar and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, placing a bet, participating in any game, or claiming any bonus or promotional offer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

If it is determined that a player is under 21 years of age, their account will be immediately suspended, all funds will be frozen pending investigation, and any win nings derived from underage play may be voided.

To use the vd8 Platform you must register a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times. vd8 reserves the right to verify the identity of any player at any stage, including at the point of withdrawal.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the vd8 Platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, household, IP address, device, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, vd8 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit any balances held therein.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. All activities conducted through your account are your responsibility. 3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

vd8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. 3.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the Platform's cashier section and may be updated from time to time. Players are responsible for checking current transaction limits before initiating any financial transaction.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

vd8 aims to process approved withdrawal requests to mobile financial service wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) within 30 minutes to four hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times are targets only and are not guaranteed. vd8 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks prior to approving any withdrawal.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on the vd8 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Where a payment method involves a currency conversion, the conversion rate applied will be displayed to the player before the transaction is confirmed. vd8 is not responsible for any conversion fees charged by third-party financial service providers.

3.5 Funds Held on Account

Player funds held in vd8 accounts are kept separate from operational funds. vd8 does not pay interest on player account balances. Player funds are held solely for the purpose of funding gameplay and are not considered an investment, deposit, or financial product of any kind.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

vd8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. 4.2 Wagering Requirements

This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-variance betting strategies specifically to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, or colluding with other players to exploit a promotion.

4.4 Promotional Modifications

vd8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Players with active bonus balances will be given reasonable notice of any material change that affects an in-progress promotion.

5. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

5.1 Game Integrity

All games available on the vd8 Platform — including slots, live casino tables, crash games (Aviator, Plinko, Triple), and sports betting markets — are powered by certified third-party game providers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems and payout structures have been independently audited. vd8 does not manipulate game outcomes. 5.2 Betting Rules

Each game and betting market on the vd8 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the relevant game interface or sports betting section. 5.3 Prohibited Conduct

• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward vd8 staff or other players.

6. Sports Betting Specific Terms

vd8 offers a sports betting section covering cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other sporting events. The following conditions apply specifically to sports betting on the Platform:

• Market Suspension: vd8 reserves the right to suspend any betting market at any time, including after bets have been accepted, if we have reasonable grounds to suspect irregularities in the underlying event.
• Void Bets: A bet may be voided where the underlying event is cancelled, postponed, or materially altered. Voided bets are refunded to the player's account balance.
• Pricing Errors: Where a price has been offered in error (a "palpable error"), vd8 reserves the right to void or correct the bet at the correct price, even after settlement has occurred.
• Live Betting: In-play markets are settled on the basis of the official result as recognised by the relevant sporting authority. In-play bets accepted after the outcome of the event in question has been determined are void.
• Maximum Winnings: Maximum payout limits per event and per market may apply and are displayed within the sportsbook interface.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vd8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable.

vd8's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

vd8 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to take the Platform offline for scheduled or emergency maintenance without prior notice.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

vd8 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our servers.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request the closure of your vd8 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (above the minimum withdrawal threshold) will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification has been completed. Bonus balances and free bet credits are forfeited upon account closure.

11.2 vd8-Initiated Suspension or Closure

vd8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• These Terms have been violated by the account holder.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, unlawful, or prohibited activities.

Where an account is closed by vd8 due to a material breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to first contact vd8 customer support to seek an informal resolution. vd8 is committed to resolving player complaints in a fair, timely, and transparent manner.

13. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and vd8 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Waiver: vd8's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
